The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Gorilla Safety Footwear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Orders within the uk excluding N. Ireland and channel islands and some scottish highlands will be shipped out free-of-charge within the UK; Deliveries are made within three days. Free shipping special offers will only apply to the UK.
Orders placed before 3pm are processed that day and are generally dispatched within two days upon receipt of payment and are shipped via Interlink with tracking information upon request and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if it is safe to do so.
A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card giving you collection details. When a mobile number is provided our courier service is able to send a text giving you time of which your parcel will be delivered.
Any orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day and dispatched within two days. Please note we don’t deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered two working days later.
All of our products are securely packaged to prevent damage. Golfdealers will not be held responsible for any products becoming damaged during transportation.

If an unlikely event the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must return them back to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with all original packaging and within 14 days of receipt.
Please be aware that all items can only be returned for exchange / refund if they are unused and in original packaging and their bar code tags intact. Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and labels or tags must be attached. Please do not put any labels or tape on the product packaging. If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request.
Through your contact information provided at the time of purchasing, such as Email and Telephone numbers, you will receive an Email or Text notifying you of receipt of your retunes goods.
All exchanges are normally processed within 7 days, but can take up to 14 days during busy periods. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. The difference will have to be paid if the goods you are wishing to exchange are more or we will refund you the difference if the goods are cheaper than your original order.
All goods that are unwanted will need to be returned at your own expense. Any items returned are your own responsibility until they are received by us. Once we have completed your exchange, we will notify you via email or text message. Replacement goods will always be sent to your original shipping address, unless we are notified otherwise.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email or text message will be sent to confirm when this has been done. To help us deal with your return quickly, please provide us with the requested information on the return form. All refunds are normally processed within 5 days but can take up to 14 days during busy periods. We do not offer free returns, so it is your own responsibility to return items back to us and all items remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.
If any goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship and not normal wear and tear, they should be retuned for inspection immediately. If necessary, the items may have to be returned to the manufacture for testing, this could take up to 28 days. If any goods are being returned because of faults, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they accompanied with a copy of proof or purchase. If any products are being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first. For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products. The cost of retuning faulty goods is not covered under warranty and must be met by you. We will of course send out any repaired / replaced goods free of charge.
